Humans are known to be intelligent and strong. We have so many needs and wants — but mostly wants. We are undeniably have no contentment in what we currently have. We always wanted to have the best in everything. But how can we say that what we chose is the best for us?
Let us take a look on those people who are finding the best or the “right” job for them. In every time I encountered someone who is applying for a job here in Commude PH, I always see in their eyes the eagerness and their enthusiasm when I look at them. You will also notice that when they talk to you for the first time. Same with Internship applicants who are paving their way to experience working here in our company. Some of them may pass but some are not. But we are delighted that people are really paying attention to our Job Posts and taking a leap of faith.
Everytime there is a new hired employee, we are grateful that someone is ready to experience the best that we can offer. Last September, we have Mr. Neslie Doguiles — the newly hired Front-end Web Developer.
He was hired together with our two new Interns — Mr. James Cornel and Ms. Rhamzel Emata who will work as Web Developer. These two new interns are from National University — a newly partnered school with Commude Philippines, Inc.
Did you know that we had our first partnership with Mapua University? We had six (6) interns in total from the first year that we started our business. Two (2) of them was absorbed and became employees of Commude PH. Part of the agreement with Mapua University is the site visit and last October 8 thru their Information Technology graduating students, they visit Commude PH and had a brief discussion about the company.
This November, we have hired another employee — Ms. Gillian Ventura. She’s our new Junior PHP Developer for the System Team. She’s a fresh graduate from the Asia Pacific College.
Commude Philippines is on continuous hiring for different position and planning to expand up to 100 employees until year 3. And as we are approaching for our 2nd year anniversary, the management is cooking something for everyone to mark its second year! So keep posted for future update.
